Visit Caerphilly castle...

Day 9

Yesterday night I went out for dinner to Wagamama together with Ursela and after had some drinks at bill’s place. Which was very nice!

Today I slept really good. I really like the Mrs Potts hostel ! I got myself some stuff on bread and a banana. Had some breakfast … reorganized my bag. .. en headed of to caerphilly castle !

The train ride is not so long and the castle was easy to find. Caerphilly castle was beautiful and very big. I must say did find it a shame they did not have an audioguide … there were signs to read and some films but I prefer walking around with an audioguide. So you can listen and fantasize as you go along … but all-in all it is something to see when you around ! It is the second biggest castle in Wales !

When I was walking thru the castle I tried to take some pictures and selfies.. a guy also solo travelling was doing the same. So evertime we stopped somewhere we asked eachother to take a picture because it would be better then the selfie.

Afterwards I went in to a pub to get a sticky toffee pudding! Which always tastes nice ! Then I headed back for Cardiff :)

Back in the hostel I started looking up flights to Spain .. like I said before… Wales is beautiful but I would enjoy it much more with a mobile home or car. So I gave always wanted to go to Barcelona and the Guggenheim museum in bilbao. So trying to look up things on your phone is not always as easy xp and especially not when you are sitting in a nice hostel with lots of other travellers who don’t mind having a chat. So actually I wasn’t able to book anything because I’m being to social :p but it was nice ! I also cooked for myself.. and that was nice . Just easy pasta … but is was nice doing it myself  and not going out for once …
So now I have no plans for tomorrow …. Hopefully have a goodnight rest … and I will see what happens tomorrow 
