Judges 6:13..29

Wat i understand by the lord is peace in this context is that .
God chose Gideon who was coming from the weakest clan not even believing in himself ,and He saw strength in Him .
As if it was not enough Gideon was a man of signs as we all know our God is a God of faith but still he was patient with Gideon, did what ever he wanted coz am sure God looked at his heart n saw the kind man He was dealing with . I see patience ,love,kindness of God towards those he loves that He can even lower His standards some times to keep at peace with man . 1corth 15:9 i see also paul evaluating himself here how he was the least of all but God used him mightily .so Gideon saw the games he played with God n He remained patient with him thats why he named it the lord is peace full to me . relating it a little to our daily life see how many times we b sturbon ,take God's voice for granted ,some times we dont even break down but He still forgives us n calls us His own ,its just beyond love but He wants to keep peace with man . when adam and eve sinned and were all naked ,without any repentance He got animal skins n covered their nakedness . the lord is a God of peace
