Reports: New Week, Week Recap

This is for the bot @nowplaying-music
This allows you to create an entire "Week Recap" or "Start of Week" post.
The resulting post text is copied directly to your clipboard, so you may paste into steemit.
Week Start
node lib/bot.js --report --week 3
