LiteCoin wil be implementing a hardfork at block 1371111, where LCC will be created Litecoin cash, users holding Litecoin in wallets in which they control their private keys will automatically receive 10 Litecoin Cash per 1 Litecoin they hold...

Also with Litecoins platform LitePay set to launch on the 26th of Feb, it is starting to look to be a bright year for Litecoin in 2018!
