Today

Today

Today is the day
A strong wind howls
My eyes refuse to open
although I treated them well
through the night.

Today is the day
My mind is clear
My time is up
Finally dehydration took over
Today there won't be any 'Hi'

Today is not the day
they miss or find me
yet my end is near

Today is the day
My head is filled
I take my stories with me
Leave the pain
All what's left is "bye".
