Regular meetings once a week on the work agenda have many benefits, such as sharing experiences on the ground, sharing about problems for finding solutions, finding new ideas to boost morale, and the most meaningful being togetherness.

Although only once a week, our intimacy between the work carways is never tenuous, never breaks out of communication, which we even consider to be friends, relatives and family.
