KOREAN PANCAKE, HOTTEOK W/ NOODLES (90 CENTS ONLY!)
I've made a Korean Tasteem post a while back and for this post, I wanted to the share this with the rest of the world.

For this post, I want to introduce to everyone Hotteok, which are Korean pancakes I guess. The main difference between Korean pancakes and the western pancakes is Korean ones are very crispy! It's usually filled with sugar, but the one that I ate is filled with noodles.
It only cost 1,000 won! Around 90 cents!
I was passing by Namdaemun Market (traditional market) and noticed a long line of people waiting for something. I was curious and went to the back of the line.
Finally, it was my turn. It seemed that the soy sauce was their key ingredient to their Hotteok.
It looks like this!
I took a bite and you can really hear the loud crispy sound! Amazing!
The soy sauce goes really well with the Hotteok. I'm so glad that I waited in line to eat this delicious snack.
If you ever visit Korea and go to Namdaemun Market, which is near Myeong-dong, try out this place! There is a reason why the line is very long!
