My Favorite childhood Children's Story

When I was still much younger, our Sunday school teacher back then use to tell us series of storiee even before she started the main teaching
One of which I'm going to share with you now, and the title is...

Once live a little boy whose name was sodiq, who believe so much in God and always wanted to meet him.
Sodiq is 7 years old and comes from a Muslim family, where niether his mom or dad where Christians.
Sodiq got to know about God by his neighbor's children, they invited him to church a couple of times and he enjoyed going to church with them.
Every time he tried to lure his parents into going to church with him, they always shove him away and warn him never to go to church again.

Sodiq has always wanted to meet God. because the pastor always preached, "Ask and you shall find" and the one heart desire sodiq always wanted to ask God is that he should convert his parents to Christians.
His parents started locking him up on Sundays,so he doesn't go to church, sodiq got angry and took it upon himself to find God.

On a Monday morning, after his parents went to work.
sodiq Parked up his clothings and decided to embark on a journey to find God.
He recalled from his Sunday school doctrine, that once Moses had gone to mount Sinai to meet God and pray for the children of Israel.
So he decided he was going to go there too
Even when he didn't know where this mount Sinai was.
He was determined to meet God no matter what.

After 5hours of endless trekking he decided to rest and have a snack, after that he didn't realize when he slept off.
An old lady woke him up, he woke up and realized it was very late at night.
The woman asked him what he was doing out there that night with his bag fully packed.
He replied the old lady "I am on a journey to see God".
The woman laughed and laughed.
Sodiq was shocked go see the woman laughing, so he asked her why she was laughing, Sha replied "Where are you going to meet him? she asked.
Mount Sinai he replied sharply.

The woman laughed again, and offered to take the boy to her house, he accepted.
on reaching the old lady's house, she offered him drinks and food.
After eating she started telling him the actual story about Moses and the mount Sinai.
"So where can I meet God? he asked, I really want to ask him something, he continued.

''What do u want to ask? him the woman asked
I want him to convert my parents to Christians "he replied.
The old lady explained to sodiq the meaning of prayer, and taught him how to pray.
Sodiq was thankful to the woman.
They prayed together that night and the following day she took him back to his parents house.

Sodiq's parents where so happy to see him.
they thought he was kidnapped as they didn't see him at school when they went to pick him up.
When they realized he ran away to find God.
They knew Sodiq was serious about serving God
And they promised to follow him to church every Sunday.
As they didn't want him to run off again.

Moral lesson: Our God is everywhere. We just need to pray and believe in him, and all our heart desires will be granted.
