Cendet or Pentet birds are local birds that have great potential to be developed into promising chirping birds. One of the predatory birds that has sufficient variation in sound content.

The population of this bird is still quite a lot, its habitat is spread almost all over Indonesia. Cendet is an aggressive perch and predator of the Laniidae, subfamily Laniinae and Genus Lan.
