Vanilla cupcakes

Ingredients:

2 cup of sugar

preparation:

Cupcakes de vainilla
Ingredientes:

Preparación:
Cremar la margarina por 10 minutos hasta que esté suave y se halla tornado
menos amarilla, colocar el azúcar poco a poco, batir por 30 minutos o hasta que la
mezcla se ponga más blanca y suave. Agregar los huevos enteros poco a poco.
Se retira la mezcla de la batidora, unir la harina y el polvo de hornear previamente pasados por un colador (CERNIR).

Colocar la harina en forma envolvente con una espátula o cuchara de madera, alternando con leche y se termina con harina (harina + leche + harina). Al final agregar la vainilla, llenar los capacillos ¾ partes y llevar al horno previamente precalentado a 180º C por 25 minutos.
