Homemade recipe: How to make butter?

Fresh butter can be made at home in less than ten minutes. Just need cream and an electric mixer "It is very easy and equally good." But making butter at home is very easy and it does not take much time for you. Homemade butter is pure, tasty and without any adulteration compared to butter available in the market.
I use the cream cooked with buffalo milk to make butter. Butter is used for almost all kinds of stuffed parathas, bread toast, sandwiches and in Indian dal for tempering. The well-known maize of Punjab, the bread is used in the greens of the mustard gourd, liberally. Many people make butter from curd, but I have always been made from cream made from both butter and country ghee buffalo milk.
Ingredients:
• Cream - as required
Instructions:
- Do not beat the cream with the help of a mixer or a beater until the shade separates from the cream.
- Now with the help of hands, press the butter to separate the buttermilk.
- Our fresh butter is ready.
- If you want to give it the desired shape then insert this fresh butter with a butter paper in the mold and keep it in the fridge for some time.
- Now you will find that the butter has solidified.
- Put it in the fridge for 7 days or keep it in the freezer for 6 months and lift it.
Notes:
To make the cream at home, heat the milk until it is boiled. Then keep it in the fridge for cooling. After a few hours, you will find that there is a layer of cream in the milk. Put this cream in a vessel and keep it in the fridge and use it in butter forming. (Put the cream in the fridge immediately, otherwise, it will get spoiled.)
When the beating cream in cold weather, after adding some lukewarm water to it, the butter quickly gets out.
You can use buttermilk to make curry and vegetables.
If you want you can increase the taste by adding a little salt.
