I played this game for the first time three years ago when I went on my first trip to Pune after attending Comic Con in Mumbai in 2014. It was an impulsive trip to Pune with friends I made at Comic Con in Bangalore, the city I live in who invited me to come to Mumbai for the convention and also invited me to stay over at their place in Pune. It was a really great trip. At this point was when I had started to discover and tap into phone games more and more in depth. These two friends in Pune would play this game and at this time I had only a tablet and I BROKE THAT ON THE TRIP so I didn't have access to the game. Good game, Vishal, good, fucking, game. I watched my friends play throughout the trip which then got me on the hype to play the game before I even got back home.

GAMEPLAY

Have you ever played a phone game based on cards and strategy? Well, this is one of the thousands of them out there already! Now the first thing that got me into the game was the artwork. Soccer Spirits used to be a place and a game of NSFW artwork until one point where they tried covering up few body parts but still leaving the game semi-nude. The artwork is really cute and sexy, the oh so sexy girls, the THICC throbbing ladies and the little lolis. All of that aside, the artwork of the dudes are also really cool.

The playing field of this game is set as a soccer field or a football field for all you non-Americans. Front lane, mid lane, back lane, and goal keeper line. The ratio of cards is 3:3:3:1 for all the fields respectively.

Like any other mobile strategy card game, the game works on the basis of different stats that make a character better or worse and the stats have names changed into terminologies that you would normally see in football/soccer.

Game Modes

Goal. The end.

There are four different game modes, PvE(Player versus Environment) in the form of a storymode, PvP(Player versus Player) named Galaxy League, Colosseum of Trials - A game mode where you get through stages with different conditions to clear each trial and an event channel to get different power up items that help your cards grow progressively with time. This game is grindy like any other mobile game of this generation.

Microtransactions in games need to be gotten rid of. When will we say goodbye to them?

You read it right, we had to have had this like every other game. There are two main raffle systems in this game. Scouting and Draw for cards with crystals which is the currency you get by either playing the game or if you put in your real hard earned money into the game. MICROTRANSACTIONS.

I don't even see people making any kind of game online without adding in a chat service embedded into the game, so people don't have to look elsewhere to want to communicate with one another.

I do this for every game that I don't find an existing community where people share information faster than they can in-game and be able to talk to each other and work on building good relationships with the people around you and share the love for the game you play. I love bringing people together, pretty much, so I ended up making a Discord server that has been around since March of 2015 and has over a thousand people on it.
