Index Token On Bitshares / Steem Engine Idea
Who wants Index Token(s)? What shall the index be of and called?
Could create an Index Token on Steem Engine and/or Bitshares. Depending what index is found of interest. Different sources have different possibilities. index could be decided by voting, some basic idea, and/or some Math for various value indexing approaches.
The index could have some decentralization incorporated too depending on the blockchain and interest or blockchain account interactions. Mentioned this idea and some have expressed interest. perhaps more may be interested as more of an idea is formed.
Posts from an account for the index could be written by various community people. The proceeds could be used to reward contributes and also to build the value of the index. While also distributing "index tokens" to voluntary participants which is one of the keys of a DAC (Decentralized Autonomous Community).
Please vote for what you would like to see in such an index below and interest in a token on Steem Engine and/or bitshares. Will distribute some tokens to some participants for contributing which may be later exchanged for created index token or we may keep tabs and have accounts queued for index token distribution when ready.
