ARROZ CON LECHE

Disfrutando de un esquisito arroz con leche. Porque cocinar es un placer y un momento para relajarse, déjate llevar por los aromas del arroz con leche. Todo lo que se cocina con amor sabe mucho mejor.
Ingredientes:
1/2 kilo de arroz.
Azúcar
Canela
cáscara de limón
Repartimos el arroz en boles o platos soperos. Preparación: Lavamos el arroz y lo escurrimos. En una olla pon a hervir la leche y junto con la rama de canela, el azúcar y la cáscara de limón, añadimos el arroz y dejamos hervir aproximadamente 30 minutos. Quince minutos antes de que finalices la receta, añade el azúcar y remueve muy a menudo. Retiramos la rama de canela y la cáscara del limón.
