Condo control Central is software designed for condo owners, board members, and property managers to manage the day to day operations of a condo.

Having friends over? Send a guest pass to their phone. No more calling up to tell you a guest is there. Create permissions to enter for relatives while you are away, contractors, delivery men etc. All those little things the front desk used to have to handle are done via this system.

Some tasks it is designed to simplify include:

  • announcements (no more letters under your door from management)
  • Package alerts to residents when concierge receives delivery for them
  • organize visitor parking
  • service requests
  • store electronic consent forms
  • online proxy voting for members
  • manage complaints

      Great application, I'm in the condominium board, and it's a lot of work you do for free in order to manage the property. A software like Condo Control Cenrral can be very useful... Thanks for sharing it @viraldrome
