Fried rice pudding dessert
(4 people)
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 2 star anise
- Touch of cinnamon to taste
- Vanilla touch
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- Touch of orange peel
- 1 cup of milk powder
- 1/4 paper
- 1 cup grated coconut A
- Oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
60 minutes
Prepare the rice with water in the traditional way, flavor it with the orange peel, anise and cinnamon. When you are ready, dissolve the sugar and the teaspoon of cornstarch in 1/2 cup of liquid milk. Mix everything with the rice and leave it to cook, until it thickens.
For the filling, dissolve the foil and thicken it with milk powder, then add the grated coconut and reserve in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Make a few buns with the rice with milk previously cold, fill it with the mixture of foil, cover with grated coconut and fry. Decorate with the same mixture of paper on the plate.
