Today I decided to share with you my first dish recipe. In Russia, the first dishes are always soups-vegetables in meat broth. For example my recipe is called "Russian shchi".
If you travel to Russia, you will definitely be offered dishes of national cuisine in the restaurant. These include Russian cabbage soup.
So, how do I cook? First, we need to prepare the meat broth. For this I bought pork on a bone in the market. The broth is ready, I start adding vegetables. Potatoes, I cut it into large pieces, because later I press the potatoes into small pieces, I like it more.
Then I add cabbage, pre-cut it with thin chips. As the main vegetables are ready, I begin to pass onions on the pan, chopped, add carrots, finely grated on a grater, then add tomatoes in the form of tomato puree, because they also grate.
All this is well fried in vegetable oil, bring to a homogeneous mass and all this filling is added to the pan with the broth. I remove the salt and taste sample, check the readiness of potatoes and cabbage. If I like everything, at the very end I add Bay leaf, pepper, peas, and spices for the first course, fresh herbs: parsley, dill, green onions.
And almost immediately turn off the soup. I serve on the table in a beautiful plate, after putting a spoon of sour cream. That's how Russians eat Russian soup.
Recipe: meat pork or veal -200 grams.

carrots-1 piece,
fresh tomatoes - 2 pieces.
Salt, pepper to taste.
