Buds on the trees

Hi friends! In early summer, it rained almost every day.
And here walking recently in my neighborhood, I suddenly saw a tree which grew new branches, fir paws.
And here on these new places hang cones.
They're not all over the tree,but the new branches are. So funny.
Why, it is interesting to me. I don't know the answer.
But I can show you this beauty.
Distance was very decent, so not quite broke a clear photo.
And yet, if you open the photo in a new window, you can admire the beauty!!!
