Vinaigrette with mushrooms
Required products: 150 g of pickled mushrooms. 1 beet. 1 pickled cucumber, 3 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 tablespoons. Vegetable oil, parsley. salt.
Method of preparation: beetroot. Potatoes and marrows boil and cut into cubes. Add cucumber and mushrooms, sliced onions, salt. Mix everything, refill with oil and sprinkle with herbs.
