Thankful for Seed Pods
I'm thankful for seed pods that provide new seeds for more flowers and plants.

Have you looked for any seedpods forming on plants lately?
It's a great way to share your flowers with friends and an easy way to assure yourself that more beautiful flowers and plants will return next spring!
Either collect them to save for spring planting or shake them in a area where you have nice soil for them to sprout in.
Just cover with a small amount of soil or leaves.

Fine post! :)
Nice photos. Seed pods... I will have to look closely next time I go flower watching. Thanks for sharing!
I have harvested seedpods from our lotus plants and shared them with friends. When their plants bloom and flower, the happiness they experience is priceless. Thank you for your wonderful post!
That is so awesome! You're welcome!
These pictures are so beautiful, they take my breath away mainly because I have never seen them before. And it is a wonderful moment to see the beauty of nature in a new way for the first time. I appreciate you going that extra mile to give us these close up images. Bravo @violetmed.
Oh, you are so welcome!
I have some seeds I'm about to plant from some sunflowers. They grow to be huge bushes here and people line their property with them at places. So pretty! Thanks for sharing the pics - I love all the colors. I took a walk around the neighborhood today and took some upclose pics with my phone of some native weed/flowers we have around. Need to post them soon! Hope you have a great Texas day! :)
Thank you! We are having unseasonably warm weather!! So...typical North Tx weather! :) I love sunflowers, but only grew them one year. I'll look forward to your weed/flower pics!
:) Yes, you have to love that crazy Texas weather. A tshirt in December, why not? ;) Our wardrobe was cut in half when we moved here - no need for sweaters, jackets or anything wool. We usually just wear jeans and a tshirt with an occasional light jacket. It's so nice. The kids all wear shorts all the time! When we go to David where it is in the mid 80s-90s daily (so hot!), I wear a skirt. :) Weed pics coming up soon! :) Have a great evening!
Fluffy seeds! So pretty :)
And more plants for the butterflies next year.
Yes, exactly!
Fantastic photography.... thank for sharing
The new seed comes in the right hands. You were an angel of flowers @violetmed
