I believe its both the cultural impact and the mindset. I see people who live in rainy areas - for them a good day is when sun is up and its all bright and warm. For people who live in hotter areas- for them a day of rain is heavenly. But we can fix everything in life with correct mindset. I used to get scared from rain - like oh it will start raining I need to rush for home. But then one day, a bold boy said to me - It is just water, you will not melt if you get wet. This changed the way I look at rain altogether. So a shift in mindset helped me. But it totally depends on how welcoming people are to shift their mindsets and perspectives. Thank you for this beautiful share. :)

Rain and the sun and the cloud😊. You reminded me of Sadhguru’s talk about how we have given the keys to our happiness to external things. The talk goes like this ...for us to be happy we want our spouse to behave the way we want, our colleague to think the way we think, the weather to be the way we want and so on. And he asked “do we want the key of our happiness in our control or outside of our control?” I find that question amazingly profound and challenging. 🧘🏼♂️🧘🏼♀️🙏🏼
That's an amazing question indeed. It seems like loads of people think there is no key at all though and they keep everything locked haha. If they would only open up and unlock their potential...
Regen zorgt voor leven... Ik hou niet van er in te lopen, maar wel de gezelligheid van het constante tikken...
En als we een tijdje zonder hemelvocht zitten, en er komen dan wat regendruppels op de droge grond komen er heerlijke geuren vrij.
Het leven is goed, je moet het alleen willen zien, en volgens mij zijn stilletjes aan je ogen aan het openen.

Ik - op mijn beurt - ben niet zo van de Nederlandstalige muziek - maar dit nummer heeft wel iets.
