Self portrait 🎨
Looking back at your old and puberty stricken photos is always embarrassing and it becomes ridiculous when you have already made a portrait of yourself which comes before your eyes every time you check out your “not so big” collection of paintings.
It certainly becomes weird when I see my portrait, as every time I starts to ponder about my looks and facial features. I also feel awkward when I show this portrait to others. But, I think and understand that I should not feel awkward while presenting it to others instead I should be proud that I made a wonderful piece.
I made this portrait in my first year of my design course and our task was to make something using the monochromatic colour scheme. I chose purple colour and used all the tints and tones of it. It was my first attempt at portraits and it was not an easy task to make it. But I really enjoyed making it.
