It's nothing too sophisticated in terms of making a flashy website. But when it comes to censorship resistance, you can take a look at how torrents are doing and make your judgment.
How It Works
- You just go to the website above and type something.
- Then You click publish
- You get a link in the https://peerdium.com/#post_id format
- Share the link
- Those who have the link can view your post
- More people with your link (and the post in browser chache) the harder it is to take down

I guess there must be more useful stuff that can be built on its idea. Hopefully they go open source 😆
It works like torrents. I have to seed the content from my browser. When more people are seeding from the browser more alive the content is. Here is the GitHub link: https://github.com/hackerkid/peerdium
