3 MINUTE SALAD RECIPE
Hello everyone,
Many of us are always in a rush or late to get to places. People always complain about not having enough time on their hands to prepare a quick healthy meal and make it actually taste good.
Well say no more because I have come up with a simple salad recipe that only takes minutes of your time.
So basically you have no more excuses to eat unhealthy junk food and be sad about it.
Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes
- Rocket salad
- Little gem lettuce
- Avocado
- Honey, Whole Grain Mustard, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Thanks,means a lot. Yes that's good, I want people to look at my video and go after and make a healthy salad. I want to help people and show them that to eat healthy you don't need a lot of money or any fancy ingredients, this should be a good motivation to improve cooking at home! have a nice weekend :)
