What's up with all This Bitcoin Madness??

I get these emails and ads constantly from different sources, they are like Blockchain type of sites and system and I know that Steemit is using something similar, but I recently got this, actually, it popped up on my facebook.

Maybe someone can tell me a bit more about these systems and are they really working, I mean the last one I saw was claiming to return around x100 the investment in 24 Hrs!
