All my life I was lean physique, clothes hanging on me)) wore 46 (S) clothing size, weight was about 60 kg with an increase of 176 cm, self-esteem fell ... I think many will understand), I want to tell you my story in brief , How has changed.

The time has come when I decided - I need something to change, sign up for the gym, consult with the coach. For a long time morally set up for hard work with iron and, about a month later, came to the rocking chair)

At the moment, 2 years have passed since then, I am regularly engaged in, every 2 months I change the training complex of exercises, I go to the gym 3 times a week. Progress is tangible and obvious. The results are as follows: I began to wear 52 (XL) clothes, weight increased to 90 kg, the body did not measure with roulette)), only the biceps that was 32 cm 2 years ago, and now 43. The self-esteem has naturally grown, the increase in physical strength is felt.

How did I make progress?

Training is about 30% success, the basis for the quality of muscle mass - recovery and nutrition! I need to eat quite large portions and repeatedly (I used to eat 2-3 times a day, now 6-7), in the morning carbohydrates, in the afternoon - proteins, fats must also be present, but in small quantities. Maximum try to follow the correct diet, eat a lot of protein, avoid sweets and flour products, drink only water, no sodas.

With regards to recovery, you need to sleep well, it is important, sleep for 9-10 hours would be ideal, but, unfortunately, with my day regimen, work, do not always get everything to comply, so progress is not fast enough, but better so than not;)

I never took chemistry from sports, I tried the sports nutrition from the initial stage of training, this carbohydrate mixture slightly accelerated the process of recruitment of the total mass, tried the protein several times, drank about a month or two, honestly did not observe the result. The best sport supplement is creatine, especially during the time of strength training, with the help of creatine, the body quickly regenerates and adds energy during physical exertion.

Summing up, I can advise the following: if you want to gain weight, you need persistent and heavy, long-term work. Doing better with the coach, so you can quickly achieve the desired result, do not forget about sleep and proper nutrition. I do not want to give up training at all, it has already become a part of my life, I also set new goals, at the moment I want to increase the weight to 105-110 kg, well, then I'll just keep in shape;)
