Far Cry 5. First Look

Good afternoon friends! Just a few days ago a new hit from the company Ubisoft - Far Cry 5 was on sale. I, like many fans of the series, waited a long time for the release of the fifth part and at last it came to me! I want to share with you my humble opinion about this game.

After not quite successful project Far Cry Primal I already with fear expected the continuation of the action movie. The most revolutionary game was the third part of the franchise and I did not think that the novelty would outperform it. Fortunately, the fears were in vain.

Begins Far Cry 5 with a very gloomy entry, as if watching an American thriller or even horror. The protagonist, who is called an "assistant," in the company of the US marshal and local sheriff goes to the village to arrest the head of the cult of Joseph. In the village, the cultists are creating chaos. We rush into the chapel to arrest the main criminal and take him with us to the helicopter. I must note the cinematography and atmospheric conditions on the screen, all this looks amazingly beautiful.

Game process

Most striking is that all the familiar mechanics of the open world from Ubisoft completely redone. All those moments that the players did not like were just thrown into the ballot box. For the first time in Far Cry it became interesting to explore the surrounding terrain and it is possible to move in any direction, without separating the complexity of the locations. Moving along the plot, the team's work has been repeatedly observed. Developers carefully studied all the shortcomings of past games and created the perfect action movie.

Now, by exploring the terrain, we can find a lot of interesting places and immediately discover fast-moving points, which have become much more than in past games. The world of the game became in RPG-style, in the spirit of Fallout or Skyrim. There are always NPCs suggesting useful information. While the main character gets to the set goal, we are constantly confronted with various events and unique situations. Moving around the map is interesting even on foot, since adventures are waiting for us at every step!

When a certain level of the hero is reached, the story tasks with unpredictable turns of history are automatically opened. The game throws us from one region to another, the authors have made a truly open world with huge opportunities. The quests of the quests are great and they always surprise, the game does not get bored for a minute.

The game can be held in a cooperative with a friend, everything is provided for joint promotion. There is a customization of characters, in shops you can buy different clothes, the same with weapons. Bleeding the hero is also redesigned, now the whole branch of skills is available from the very beginning. Points of skill can be earned in a variety of ways, even by fishing or deftly knocking headshots.

During the passage you can make friends with the characters and call them with you to the assignment. There is even a trained bear who will one day be your friend.

Result

Far Cry 5 - this is a completely new game, cleared of all the annoying and obsolete gaming moments. Pleasant physics, stunning camera effects and a flurry of epic action, make the game incredibly steep and dynamic. In part, the game even recalled GTA 5, it has great potential. I think most fans of the series will have to taste a new adventure. I put the game hard 10 out of 10 and hurry to continue the passage. All strongly advise you to play it, you will get a lot of pleasant emotions.
