The conflict arose after Arkhipov stated that the creators of the project "Corsairs: Black Mark" had no legal and moral rights to work on the game. In response, representatives of Black Sun recalled that the rights to the series they received as a result of the court's decision in 2017. The collection of money for the creation of a new part of the franchise continues, but at the moment there is little hope for the success of the company. Now collected only 8% of the required 2,000,000 rubles. It is unlikely that the remaining 28 days will be able to collect the missing amount.
