斐伊steemitersは、紹介したいと思い自分、ここでは、私は新しいユーザーにsteemitます。 によってさらに広がるの花は桜、日本精密金沢(石川)です。 私は28歳だったので、私の趣味を味わおいしい食べ物やアナリスト、食品、酒tasterます。 もうとしているので、ちこれが私の活動は、一部のレストランやキャンパスです。

Hii steemiters,,, I want to introduce my self here,, I am a new user in steemit. I come from a country that is known with the floral cherry blossoms, which in japan precisely in Kanazawa (ishikawa). I was 28 years old,, I have a hobby of tasting delicious food or analyst food, sake/taster. Well,, talking about food here this is my activity on some of the restaurants and campus.

ナンプラ、パティス、ニョクマム、しょっつる、鰊や秋刀魚、鮭の魚醤まで!各国、各世界の魚醤を食味試験しながらの魚醤の会。私は【魚醤がもっと楽しくなる!アジアに習う活用術。魚醤は魔法の味】と題し、日本以外ではどのように日常使いされているか、どのような食材に合わせやすいかなどお話をさせて頂きました。大学の恩師、魚醤の生産者さん、水産関係の方々などプロが集まる会で能登の魚醤についてディスカッション。すごく勉強になりました。 I was a guest participant about seminar of fish sauce. I talked about “how to use fish sauce in ASIA”. For example, In the Philippines, fish sauce is called Patis and Filiponos uses it some soup and stir fry dish. In Thai, people call it “nam pla” and they use it almost in all dishes instead of salt. We also have fish sause in our region but it is not well known in other region. We want to introduce fish sauce to these regions so more people will use it.

image世界のパティシエ小山進さんがいらっしゃってのオープンキャンパス。サロンドゥショコラに出品したボンボン4種(エスコヤマ2種、ショコラドゥアッシュ2種)食べ比べもありのトークショー。I had a talk show with world-famous pâtissier Koyama and chef Wakabayashi. The audience was high school students who were interested in chocolates. Mr.Koyama explained about chocolate and talked about the World tournament. And then, the participants compared four different types of chocolate tastes.

なんてスペシャルな‼️短い時間でしたが学生さんにとってはかなり有意義な時間だったはずです。現役の学生向けにも開催したので2Daysでした。
