Good evening, dear friends. today I want to offer you a wonderful and delicious recipe..

Ingredients:

  • chicken broth-1.5 liters.
  • chicken-220 gr.
  • chicken egg-3 PCs.
  • cilantro (chopped) - 1/4 stack.
  • parsley (chopped) - 1/4 stack.
  • onion - 1 PC .
  • carrots-1 PC .
  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
  • salt-1 pinch
  • Bay leaf - 1 PC.
  • black pepper (ground) - 1 PC .
  • mushrooms white-3 PCs .

Preparation:

  1. First you need to wash all the vegetables.
  2. Chop the carrots small crosses (if you played the work), or simple cubes.
  3. Finely chop the onion, mushrooms.
  4. Heat the pan over medium - high heat, add oil.
  5. Place the onion and fry until it becomes soft.
  6. Add ground black pepper and carrot.
  7. Then, add mushrooms, salt and a spoonful of flour.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Bring chicken broth to a boil and place the vegetables from the pan.
  10. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and add the greens.
  11. Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
  12. Fry on both sides.
  13. Cut the eggplant into strips.
  14. Separate chicken meat from bones and skin.
  15. Add to boiling broth a small Bay leaf, chicken and egg strips.
  16. Cook the soup for another 15 minutes.
