You may need to wait for your voting power to return to 100% to make the delegation - it is currently at 83%.
Are trying to do the delegation through steemitwallet.com ?
Our Delegator Reward Rate is currently 0.35 STEEM / 1000 SP / day.
This is increased to 0.38 STEEM if you proxy your witness vote to @steem-atlas as well.

As a Steem Atlas Ambasador I am here tyo guide you to do a witness vote. But I can tell you something more better than just witness vote. If you set proxy to @steem-atlas you will get more rewards which is 0.40 STEEM per 1k SP on a daily basis.
You have set your proxy successfully and now your rewards are also increased to 0.40 STEEM per 1k SP.
