Step 1: Firstly we washed our hands to remove all the germs and get ready to prepare the meal. After that, we washed the meat, skin, stockfish and periwinkle. After washing it we seasoned it and left it to marinate.
Step 2: The next step we took was to steam the proteins and wash the water leaf, then we aired the grounded Afang so it does not get sour before time. After washing the water leaf one of us sat and cut it so we.
Step 3: The next step was the cooking the water leaf to boil, after it was boiled we added the proteins and the washed dry fish to the pot then a bit of palm oil and crayfish, we also added some seasoning Cubes.
Step 4: After it was boiled we added our grounded Afang and then our fresh pepper and oil then we covered and allowed to cook for 2-4 minutes then the food was ready to be served.
The Afang soup was eaten with garri.
