I recommend @reinaldoverdu's Freewrite.

His writing Herbal tea in the 5-minute Freewrite, made me move into a mental image when he describes the aroma that chamomile tea gives off, floods his house with the smell of the countryside and immerses himself in a feeling of relaxation.

This image of the field smelling of chamomile flowers also reassures me; We live days in which sometimes we start in a good mood but as the hours go by, things can change, sometimes abruptly, others a little softer, but the result is the same change in the breath with which we start the day.

Herbal tea can be for many a true conductor returned to the serenity of the thoughts and the emotions that accompany it.
