PATS.TA Arabbiata Pasta

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today I'll be showcasing PATS.TA's Arabbiata Pasta. It is an Italian dish that centers on having a spicy pasta sauce. In their version, they utilized Qouch chili paste in order to spice up the dish. I like Arabbiata Pasta in general because a spicy pasta in general because it's kind of unexpected. This dish is really good since the spice was not as overwhelming and you can still taste the richness of the tomato. Overall, I really like this dish and I hope they continue to create more dishes like this.
