Steem price rising!

Over the past 24 hours, steem price has risen against USD by about 41.5%, and about 46.4% over the past 7 days. It is now 25th in terms of market cap and is continuing to rise. While other cryptocurrencies are struggling to hold on their 24 hr gain, we can see the continuous rise of steem which may be the effect of the Weiss crypto ranking.

Although the rise is definitely significant, it is not likely to sustain the current trend as we can clearly see the volatility of the coin over the 24 hour period.
