One quality post per Week better than easy shit posts?

I'll be putting this to the test. One quality well thought out post with hours of research and time versus shitpost galore with upvote spamming. Let's see which one bring in more upvotes and Steem. My guess is the quality content however with shitpost you are guranteed steem as long as you post something.
