Saludos amigos de este hermoso grupo de comunidad latina,le doy las gracias a Dios por los dias que me regala,hoy les voy hablar de pollo al horno.

En el este maravilloso dia,dandole laa gracias a Dios ppr los alimentos que nos regala,hoy les voy hablar del pollo que preparo mi esposo,los ingredientes fueron los siguientes: 1 pollo entero de dos kilogramos,sal al gusto,adobo para condimentar,salsa de ajo,inglesa,salsa de soya,alinios verdes como cebollin, cebolla,ajo,ajies,pimenton,cilantro,aceite onotado,para el relleno papas y zanahoria,añcaparras,aceitunas y pasas.

The way of preparation was very easy, my husband washed the chicken with plenty of water and then placed it in a pasta strainer to drain, then placed it in a tray, added salt to taste, adobo, a little pepper, green onions, onion, chives, peppers, garlic, paprika and cilantro and then seasoned the chicken inside and out.

El modo de preparacion fue muy facil,mi esposo lavo el pollo con abundante agua y luego lo coloco en un colador de pasta para que se escurriera,despues lo coloco en una bandeja,le agrego sal al gusto,adobo,un poco de pimienta,los alinios verdes como la cebolla, cebollin,ajies,ajo,pimenton y el cilantro los licuo para luego sazonar el pollo por dentro y por fuera.

Then I put onion strips on top as well as potatoes and carrots cut into slices to fill it inside, then take it to the oven for two hours, then to enjoy this delicious baked chicken.

Despues le coloque cebolla en tiras por encima al igual que las papas y las zanahorias cortadas en rodajas para rellenarlo por dentro,despues llevarlo al horno por dos horas ,luego para difrutar de este delicioso pollo al horno.
