Dakest Dungeon is a turn based arcade style game with RPG elements and dungeon crawling. I came across this game by trying to find something similar to Heroes of Might & Magic. The art within the game is just amazing.

It is a dark game with a very eerie ambiance. The voices resemble the wild men speaking in game of thrones, the accents aswell. The game has a built-in skeptical gameplay because all your heroes all either afraid everytime you enter a dungeon, or either they can get diseases , become addicted to gambling, to alcohol, there are phobias in this game also.
To deal with all that you have everything you need in town.

You have to option to heal your army in the church, or to deal with other stuff in the brothel, in the brewery, the choice is yours and it comes with a price. To earn money, you have to go on missions to fight the evil in the dungeons. There are also corrupt politics within the town so it gives a really interesting ambient and feeling while playing this.

Every character has his own upgrades and items that can use which can make him much more powerfull. Each hero has leves but if he dies once, you have to get another hero to take his place, yes it is a dark game my friends. The game is designed to show you what it means to loose men and gold due to dark times but still prevail.

The boss fights are hard and awsome looking but with a little luck and tactics you will get over them eventually.
I recommed this game if you like tactics and getting out of really sketchy situations for example you start the game with 4 heroes, you barely finish the dungeon level with one hero left on 20% health. That is the beauty of a hard earned victory!
