The Diary Game 06/09/2021:Last day of summer holiday Birthday Celebration

Hello everyone it is with so much excitement that I share you beautiful people.

So today being the 6th of September 2021 is the official reopening day for primary and secondary schools, but unfortunately for the two English speaking regions, the northwest and southwest regions battling with a crisis, our reopening date is Tuesday the 07/09/2021 for safety reasons.

So for the past week everyone has been so focused on preparing for school reopening especially the parents, pupils and students. So to change things up a little we decided to have a little get together at our home to celebrate the 5th birthday of our last child, giving them one las holiday celebration before school resumes the very next day.

So I got up very early cleaned the house and dived directly into birthday preparations with my mom and my aunt. We prepared some rice for kids, made fries and while the rice was getting ready we put together some packets of fries and sweets for the guests, the birthday girl's friends.we did this and by 1pm we were done and the rice was ready. Now was time to set up the palor for the big day, I set up the bday cake on the center table with some drinks by the side. When everything was already set it was time for everyone to take a bath, we all did together with the birthday soon after were all set for the party to start.

By 2pm the party began with the bday guests coming in to celebrate with their friend, while waiting for more guests to arrive we took some family pictures with the birthday and her friends as well, then a word of prayer and the occasion started. We lighted the candles and sang the ceremonial birthday song and after spelling the name JESUS she cut her birthday cake.

From this time it was a very exciting party, with so many activities it started off with some performances from some guests which were rewarded and immediately afterwards was eating time by this the house was so full and more kids kept on coming, they all ate and drank, and then it was time for games and rewards. We had so many games like the chair dance,dance competition and singing competition it was such an amazing day. By 6pm the party was over and everyone went home.
