Weekly Choice:  A Taste of Famosa Simple Nasi Lemak

Hello dear food lovers. I woke-up early this morning just to go to Tamu Donggongon, a natural market where farmers and artisans gather around to market their products. Here you can sell or buy and exchange goods and food as well.

Now, before going to the Tamu, I had a nice breakfast at Famosa Pan Mee, Donggongon. A newly open restaurant that serve delightful food, mostly Pan Mee and Nasi Lemak.

The place is spacious, clean and comfortable to dine-in.

I ordered this simple nice Nasi Lemak. The steamed rice is so heavenly aromatic that make you want to order them. It's this smell that made me went inside the restaurant in the first place...LOL.

Now, in my opinion, the taste of the Sambal is the most important part of Nasi Lemak. I found that the Sambal here quite spicy yet delicious, just as I imagine it will be. At first, I plan to eat only half of the rice, but somehow I ended up finishing them all!

For drinks, I ordered this Tea C or Milk Tea. Really nice to drink with the meal that I ordered.

Overall, my meal costed RM6.20 (USD1.49). Consider cheap for a heavy breakfast like mine.

The place is clean and food are nice, simple and delicious. I sit here for almost an hours to have my breakfast and do this post 😊😊
