Noodle: Tuaran Mee
I had a nice Tuaran Mee or Tuaran Noodle at one Coffee Shop in Likas called Kedai Kopi Sin Fatt Hingfew weeks ago.
This coffee shop is famous for its Tuaran Mee which is a traditionally handmade egg noodle born in Tuaran town, one of Sabah town. The shop is a typical chinese coffee shop, an opened space equipped with ceiling fans.
There is no menu available here. To order, you can ask the waiter what menus that are available.
Here is my delicious Tuaran Mee. Its tasted best when its fried and served hot with egg roll slice, roasted pork slices and vegetable.
What really special about this Tuaran Mee is that it is pure noodle, unlike those factory noodles consist of preservatives. The lard and egg aroma makes it so tasty. This meal priced RM7.00 (1.69 USD) each.
Although, the place looks old, I definitely come to this place again for this special Noodle. Their Tuaran Mee is simply delicious!
