Cheap and Fabulous: Vegetarian Buffet Set

Hello dear food lovers. For this part of Cheap and Fabulous, I would like to bring you to a place where I had a cheap and fabulous vegetarian lunch last week. The restaurant is called Usagi, located at the Goundfloor of Complex Karamunsing Mall, Kota Kinabalu city.

I saw this promo at the entrance of the restaurant where it says Buffet Lunch for RM9.90 (USD2.30) per person. Feeling curious about it, I went inside to try their buffet food.

Here's what its look like inside the restaurant. The place is clean, comfortable and at the same time elegant. At far end of the restaurant, there's a sushi bar. These sushi are included in the buffet set! You can take as many as you can!

There is no Food Menu available as they serves food based on what you see on the buffet table.

Here are the cute sushi that I took from the sushi bar. Like I said earlier, its all based on vegetable ingredient.

Here's the food from the buffet set. Basically, I took Egg with vege, Japanese Taufu, Pumpkin with delicious sauce and Brinjal with sambal. The buffet also include soup and dessert but I didn't take any.

I especially love the Pumpkin with sauce. It taste sweet and creamy.

Overall, love and enjoyed the Lunch meal here. This buffet set priced RM9.90 (USD2.30). Really cheap for a delightful buffet lunch meal. The place is also clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to vegetarian food lovers out there. Do drop by if you happens to be at this mall.
