Weekly Choice: BBQ & Roasted Pork Noodle

Hello dear food lovers. I and my daughter had a nice Brunch at Phoenix Star Cafe few days ago. The place is located in Taman Mellinium, Penampang, about 15 Minutes car ride from the main city, Kota Kinabalu.

This cafe is air-conditioned making it really desirable place to dine-in.

I ordered this BBQ & Roasted Pork Noodle. It's a mixed noodles 'dry style' spiced with special sauce topped with Char Sau (BBQ pork) and Sang Nyuk (Roasted pork). It taste really delicious especially that Char Sau and Sang Nyuk. This meal cost RM8.50 (USD2.03) each.

My daughter ordered this Tom Yam Fresh Prawn Beehoon Soup. It's a rice noodle mixed with delicious-spicy Tom Yam Soup with Prawn on top of it. The soup is spicy but nice, and that prawn meat tasted so fresh and sweet. This meal cost RM10.0 (USD2.39) each.

Overall, we were happy and satisfied with the meal that we have here. The food is delicious with the right portion and presentation. I highly recommend this place to those who happen to come to Penampang area.
