My Whale Angpow

My Dear Steemian Friends,

Chinese New Year is around the corner, lots of budget to be considered; for food and decorations. One trick I learned for decoration is never to throw away any leftover of Angpow packets from last year. You can make Angpow fish out of it. You can stick it on your walls, windows or anyway you like. Here’s how I make my Angpow fish.

• For the fish body, you need to cut open an Ang Pow packet and trace the shape from a template.

• For the fish tail, trace the shape on the Ang Pow and cut according to shape.

• Next, print out the this template.
  

• Cut along the line on each side of the head. Glue to create a curved head. Repeat on the other side.

• Fold sides of the body over the fin and staple.

Tada!! The Ang Pow Fish is done! My whale Angpow..
