WIll BTC pricce fall down after August 1st?

Will BTC price fall down after Aug1 .
Is it better to sell all the btc and altcoins now and buy back when price falls at Aug1?.
Im a student with low income and i bet all my savings in this to become rich. Pls tell me what strategy to apply- hold or sell ?
Pls tell me if price will crash or not?
