I suppose you must create an interesting effect with your movement. I don't think it can be considered kinetic, but some visual and mental result must be conducive.
Stained glass windows are pieces that have always caught my attention and although in the past they were only used in windows, I like the technique to be in the street and in some objects. To find pieces like this can be attractive for passers-by, especially because of the movement and the colors. Greetings, @velimir
