'Inside'
This photograph is about content. A moment caught in time. The 'real' photography as some would call it. A sole horse behind a wall, with nothing but the darkness inside. Horses are free animals, born to run over vast pastures, not to be tamed and kept inside. However, there is such a long tradition of 'mutual love' between horses and human that most of us forgot about that simple fact. Notice the perceived sadness in the horse's expression, created by light and shade.
I deliberately made the outside colours bright and saturated, to accentuate the difference between the outer world and space inside. The inside is dark, subdued and the only colour is the horse's head peeking outside. Yes, it is somehow sad but, sometimes one doesn't choose his motifs. They just come and take over. :)
I love horses. They are such noble animals capable of understanding human feelings.

Modern relations between man and horse exist because of mutual assistance. People give horses shelter, food and warmth, and the horse gives the person joy, help in moving. Horses were originally wild animals. I saw documentary films about wild American mustangs. But people have subordinated them to themselves and now in most cases they use horses with different applications. Some still use horses as a carrier of goods and people. Others use horses at various events as "making money". That is, they roll people on horseback for money. I also read that in the modern world there are wild horses. They are few, but they live in their natural environment.

Horses 🐴 are the noblest animals, I agree with you. The majestic way they move makes them pretty unique. Tried riding, failed miserably, I just keep to the carot side.
The colours nearly camouflage the horse, love the framing of the shot.
