'Builders'
A secondary school of civil and construction engineering put up a display show of their activities. Usually one doesn't see a teenager operating a pneumatic drill. I find it quite funny, considering.
Civil engineering is quite a lucrative job in this country if one starts a company and invests in equipment. Believe it or not, those guys make way more than the architects.
That comes off quite odd, regarding the fact that the architects conceive the building and draw every single detail on a piece of paper. A building is their creative work, while construction company brings it to reality.
On that path, there is a load of obstacles. Starting with a pile of various permits and administrative tasks to assigning people and dealing with the whole process.
So, maybe I'm wrong. Bringing something to reality is more difficult task than imagining it. Well, more expensive, at least. Guess everybody can have an idea for free. People often forget that the good ones are rare and easily stolen. :D

It's nice to realize that the work of people who create real value is appreciated. Cost was always a profitable business. The fact is that the city is constantly expanding, and therefore it is necessary to constantly build new buildings. Architects and builders are people who carry out a common cause. They complement each other and need each other. I agree that builders should have more money than architects. It's simple - some people come up with a building, others embody it. This is a labor-intensive process that encounters obstacles in the form of different laws, laws, requirements .... in general, a pile of paper.
It's amazing how many opportunities teenagers have. Judging by the rhetoric, the government does its utmost to get a high-quality education. They have many opportunities to realize themselves in the construction field.

Cumon' Man. Architects doodle on cocktail napkins. Engineers turn those doodles into usable information and the construction engineer builds the thing. :)
I love this sort of competition. This is a seriously big deal for these young people. As serious as say a football match...

What a country, here civil engineer aren't making the most money even if you have a master, they are supposed to be building things for us, but for some time now there was a paradigm shift, those handsman/workers /staffs have mastered the art and can do theirs, thereby decentralising there power.
Still engineering is a big course here.
These young students are having hand-on experience at creAting something out if their design conceit.
Would it be nice one day we could just think and let the machine print out whatever design we have in our mind?!

well said beginning some thing in reality is tough than imagination. But every big thing starts with the imagination. So imagination is must for doing some thing great. Hopefully dedication and devotion of teenagers guy will help them to become successful in the field of civil engineering. Thanks for sharing @velimir
