I no longer punish myself for anything

Today's mantra is:

Pay attention to the language you use towards yourself. You are listening.

One of my favorite phrases to say is "I forgive myself." Even if it's something as simple as spilling a cup of water. "I forgive myself" immediately tunes me into positive vibrations instead of letting myself analyze who, what, when, where, why the cup dropped and how much of an inconvenience it is in this moment.

Slow down on the self punishment and push the gas pedal on self appreciation & self forgiveness.

Feeling good keeps you in your divine alignment.
