We hardly eat at fast food places, let alone eat out at all, but today, after hitting the gym pretty hard, I have to admit, I fancied some Taco Bell. There was something I saw, or heard someone mention Taco Bell, and I just thought, "We haven't been there in a while." Strange as it may seem, there are 5 things from the menu (probably more now) that I know to be vegan.

Here they are: (Taco Bell's own website was the source for all this) They even tell you what to ask for specifically and add/remove to make it vegan.

#1 - Crunchwrap Supreme

I tried this vegan option a while ago, and it was good, but I didn't think it was worth the extra money. I want to say it was $3-4 by itself. There are much cheaper (yet still tasty) options other than this.

#2 - Bean Burrito

The cool thing about this one is all you have to do is "make it fresco" which is basically Taco Bell's way of saying no dairy, no meat, add pico de gallo. This is the best bang for the buck in my opinion. I got one of these tonight (I wish I had gotten two). Price tag = $1.29! I will probably just get like 3 of these next time.

#3 - Power Menu Burrito (Veggie)

I tried this one a while ago too, but again didn't think it was worth the $3-4...

#4 - Hard/Soft Shell Taco

These are classics. I love the crunch of the corn tortilla, but also love a soft taco. We each got one of each of these. Hold the beef and add beans. I believe they were 89 and 99 cents respectively.

#5 - Spicy Tostada

To be honest, I've never had one of these, so I have nothing to say about them.

Bonus - The Crispas or cinnamon stick things are also vegan. Didn't get them though.

This is what I got. One soft taco, one hard taco, and one bean burrito (all vegan!) I do have to say that all of this didn't fill me up though. I'm making potatoes right now lol... My wife got exactly what I got as well. So all in all, 2 soft tacos, 2 hard tacos, and 2 bean burritos cost us $8.00. I'd say that's a pretty good deal.
